Field Technician

This starts part-time — around 60 hours a month, growing as the routes fill. If you need 40 guaranteed hours starting Monday, this isn't that yet. It's a great fit if:

• You're saving up money before school starts
• You're partway through your degree and need income that works around classes
• You're newly married, finishing college, and building the fund

You'll train on-route with our lead tech, running our Monday–Thursday routes — applying our exclusive liquid fertilizer blend with a spray rig (residential yards, 15–30 minutes a stop), spreading compost, planting shrubs and trees, and helping with our tree recovery program. It's real, physical, outdoor work in Arizona heat. But you're outside, you're moving, and every weekend is yours — Friday through Sunday.

When we double our client base and add the next truck, you run your own route.

No landscaping experience required. We're an education-first company built on desert-landscape science — we train you in our method from day one. What we can't train: showing up reliably, being coachable, and being someone homeowners are happy to see. Our techs represent a brand people recognize in their own neighborhoods.

• Valid driver's license
  + clean driving record.
• Able to lift ~50 lbs
  and work outside in the heat.
• Reliable, coachable, friendly with homeowners.
